We have recently taken the opportunity to refresh the information that we hold on our website – there’s now a load more information available to you.
To check that you are looking at the correct site the homepage shoudl have an image in the right hand side of the main body that changes to another image every 4 seconds.
If that doesn’t happen then your browser settings needs to be changed so that it looks for newer versions of pages on every visit. These instructions are for Internet Explorer 8 (if you use Google Chrome please follow these instructions as Chrome inherits these settings from Internet Explorer)
Set Browser to Update Pages Every Visit
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click the Tools menu
- Open Internet Options
- General Tab
- Click Settings in the “Browsing history” area
- Select Every time I visit the webpage
- Click OK
- Click OK
Clear Browser Cache (for troubleshooting purposes only)
Sometimes Web browsers cache (or save) the content of Web pages. When you return to the Web page or site, your browser may not download the latest information but pull from its saved cache. Clearing your cache will force your Web browser to download the latest version of a Web page.
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click the Tools menu
- Select Internet Options
- Select the General tab
- In the Browsing History section, click Delete
- Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete files
- Be patient as the files are cleared
- Click Close
- Click OK
